This year, Great Ormond Street Hospital's annual Christmas party 'The Snow Ball' was held across two days featuring a number of performances, celebrities, Father Christmas himself and the best music from Radio Lollipop.

All set up, it was time to queue up some of Radio Lollipop's favourite Christmas tunes - first up 'Wham!', then the traditional 'Jingle Bells' and would it be Christmas if the team didn't play 'Mariah Carey'??? Someone who really appreciated the music was Father Christmas and he went over to tell the team and confirmed that all Radio Lollipop volunteers across the world were on his good list!

Capital's very own Roman Kemp stopped by to say hello and shared a few insider tips and he just wanted to hang out with some super cool DJs...

The Christmas fairy made her way around the room, spreading cheer and sparkle everywhere. Another Christmas fairy who spread joy was the very lovely AJ Odudu, taking the time to talk to the children, parents and wanted to know all about Radio Lollipop.

It was so lovely for the team to see Bernard the Bear again, such a fan of Radio Lollipop and always great fun to be around. The team hope to see more of Bernard the Bear next year.

It's fair to say Radio Lollipop not only provided the music for the parties but entertainment too...not one to back down from a challenge one of our very volunteers took to the stage and had a live mini masterclass with one of Strictly Come Dancing's professionals Luba Mushtuk!

Luba was great fun and even took to the mic!

Though it was fun for the team to meet all the guests performing and hosting the parties, it was the children that made the volunteers smile and burst into laughter. From the coolest moves on the dancefloor to the most outrageously cute smiles that would melt anyone's heart.

It was exciting for Radio Lollipop's London team to be back at the annual Great Ormond Street Hospital's Christmas party - 'The Snow Ball' and the team are already excited for next year! So until then...keep dancing!
